- Hi. I just acquired, used, a US Robotics Sportster 28,800 Fax Modem, but
- without the power supply module! (I've seen devices smoke when the wrong
- supply is used!)
-
- Could I impose on some kind soul to crawl under your desk, to wherever
- you've got the darn thing plugged into, and see what it says on the label
- of the power module?
-
- I'm pretty sure it's 9-volt, AC, about 850 Ma, but I'm not absolutely
- certain.
-
- Thank you very much for your trouble.
-
- What I found interesting is that this specification isn't in the book,
- nor any of the on-line electronical documentation from USR. Is this
- really that unusual of a question?
